Overall Summary
Support Manufacturing Engineering by providing technical and management support to the Marlo team on a variety of processes with hands-on tasks.
Primary & Essential Accountabilities
Assist in design, build and/or procurement of new or improved machines, tools, fixtures and material handling equipment and coordinating the implementation
Responsible for completing process documentation, bill of materials, route sheets, etc
Review project instructions and drawings to ascertain test specifications, procedures, objectives, test equipment, nature of technical problem and possible solutions, and to support the design for manufacture
Devise, fabricate, and assemble new or modified electrical and/or mechanical components or assemblies for products
Set up and conduct tests of new layouts, product lines, units and components
Analyze test results related to the design and objectives and adjust equipment as needed
Record these test procedures and results, numerical and graphical data, and recommendations for changes in product or test methods
Provide and develop documentation as needed
Able to work independently on a weekly basis
Comfortable with the shop/laboratory and equipment
Communicate clearly (written and oral) with customers, people, partners, and suppliers
Lead/Facilitate the work of teams and individuals as assigned
Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization
Secondary Responsibilites:
Attend appropriate customer or business meetings
Qualifications and Requirements:
Requires an associates degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience in the field or in a related area
Experience with Visio, AutoCAD or equivalent CAD software is a plus
Experienced in the use of various computer applications, including Access, Excel, Powerpoint, and Word.
Experience with MRP, Lean Practices and Problem Solving is a plus.
Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes
Must demonstrate strong decision-making and leadership skills
Ability to work well with others and drive positive change without direct reports
Strong listening skills
Accomplish tasks with the support of customers and independently
Ability to develop and incorporate Change Management and Conflict Resolution skills

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
