Our rapidly growing, 45 year old, Family owned lawn care company is seeking a hardworking, reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our team.
The ideal candidate must possess excellent customer service skills with a professional telephone voice, and able to answer a high volume of calls.
Experienced in Microsoft Word & Excel a plus.
Duties include, but are not limited to, helping customers with inquiries and payments and scheduling via telephone and email.
Also includes general office responsibilities.
Candidate must possess excellent verbal and written skills, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, be able to multi-task effectively, have good organizational skills and be detailed oriented, be hard working, be reliable and enthusiastic and possess proficient computer skills.
