Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements - Perform general ledger reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data - Conduct bank reconciliations to verify the accuracy of recorded transactions - Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts - Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of payments - Assist with financial audits and compliance with SOX regulations - Utilize accounting software to record, store, and analyze financial data - Provide support during tax preparation and filing processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts and accounting principles - Experience with accounts receivable and general ledger reconciliation - Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - 1-3 years general accounting experience preferred.
