Responsibilities:
Perform banking tasks, including making deposits, withdrawals, transfers, cash advances, receiving loan payments, and cashing checks Balance cash drawer on a daily basis Scan work for image capture Process address changes, credit card payments and collect safe deposit box rental fees Comply and stay up-to-date with bank policies and procedures and banking regulations Demonstrate good risk management decisions, such as a solid understanding of guidelines for fraud prevention and robbery Assist customers by answering questions, resolving complaints, and cross-selling other products and services
